  • In-stock items are typically shipped within 5 business days.

  • Out-of-stock or custom orders may take up to 6 weeks due to parts availability and the time required to build, assemble, and tune RC products.

We will provide tracking information once your order is shipped.

4. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of the RC hobby and the custom or high-performance nature of many of our products, all sales are final. Products are not returnable or refundable once purchased.

5. Support and Issue Resolution

While returns are not accepted, we stand behind the products we sell. If you experience an issue with a product you've purchased, please reach out to our support team. We are happy to help troubleshoot and guide you through solutions to get you back up and running.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from the use or misuse of RC products purchased from MattsRcShop. Always follow safety guidelines and operate RC products responsibly.
